Welcome to my blog. This blog is all about my little family.
Our Joys, hardships, sorrows, triumphs and some times just
the boring things that make up our amazing life together.

Project

I thought I would share my latest project, a little dress for Julie.
I found the pattern on pintrist and used extra fabric that I had originally purchased for Julies crib skirt.
I love how it turned out and of course I had to make little shoes to match.

Sorry the pictures are kind of blurry, it was pretty late when I took them.

Pictures

I was going through the pictures on my phone and I decided I would share them with you all.
Ill start out with my favorite little bubble. Julie!
These were taken at my 20 week ultrasound, It was so much fun seeing my little Julie and finding out she was a girl. I was completely surprised and thrilled, I would have bet $ that we were having another boy (that for the record I was super excited for too) Im glad we are having our Julie.

Check out how stinking cute she is!

We had regular ultrasound and 3D pictures taken. I never liked the 3D ultrasound pictures until I saw Julie's. Go figure? 8)

Julie was being super cute and posed for the ultrasound, she was snuggling into her placenta.

You can see her little elbow in this picture, and what a cute profile!

Julie decided to show off her little muscles for us.

And here's our crazy yet snuggly dog Jeff, I sure like him.

That's about it.

Name Change!!!

So, Fred I have been talkin and we decided that all though we liked the name Julianna Karen on paper it really was not our favorite name.
We want to name our baby girl a name we both absolutely love, so after some thought and deliberation we've decided to name our baby girl Julie Karen Eaton!
We LOVE the name Julie (Julie was actually the reason we settled on Julianna) so we decided to be simple and name our baby girl Julie (the name we would call her any way).
I know it's not a huge change but It matters to us so I thought I would share.
PS sorry to any one who has monogramed Julianna on anything (Melanie?). If you have I assure you we will still love it and except it.

Just Fun

I have been wanting to post but have not really had much to talk about so today I figured I would just post about our randome simple life.
This week has been pretty good, Fred started hes new job on thursday and loves it, which makes me love it  even that much more 8).
We have been working on cleaning our house bit by bit, but because I dont have much energy and Fred is my supper bussy awesome husband we have not gotten a tone done. Ah well, slow and steady right?
Fred really is the best ever, he sent me out to do some things and visit his mom today (Saturday, his day off) because I and Jeff (our dog) were going stur crazy and he stayed home and is cleaning our house starting with our nasty dishes. It is so hard to stay on top of dishes some times.
I finished my birth plan for the hospital and my midwife this week and am really happy with how it turned out.
I have also been working on a quilt for Julie, it has three flowers on the top and will have a flower coton/flannel fabric on the back. Ill post pictures when it's all finished.
Im not sure if you know but Fred and I are taking a Hypnobabies birthing class for Julies pregnancy. I absolutely LOVE it, it is the most relaxing and positive thing I think I have ever done. the reason why I mention it is that part of the class is to practice assignments every day. which I really like but it takes up about two-three hours of my day.
I think that is about it, nothing earth shattering but it's my life 8)

Here are some pictures of me and my Julie bump as I fold laundry.

Well Here We Go

Hey there all,
So this is my newest attempt at our family blog. I am really excited about it.
A lot of things have been happening in our lives lately, so I thought that I would share them here (because I am not a big face-booker/poster) but I do want to keep a record of them and at the same time share our lives with our friends and family.

Ready, set, GO!

Fred got a new Job!!! Sign Designs (witch Fred ran but did not financially own) was sold to an out of state company and we just felt that we should move on (due to financial reasons) so Fred applied at Policy Teck as a software suport engineer and got the job.  I am so, so, SO excited for him and us.
It will be so nice to have a steady paycheck but also his job comes with benefits like WORK INSURANCE!!!!! a dental plan, payed vacation, sick days etc. Fred also gets to work with one of his best friends Charles Tietjen, YAY!

I am doing great with Julie's pregnancy so far, I  have gained about 25lbs and dont have any more morning sickness (sigh of happiness)  and most importantly my baby girl is doing great. I can feel her so much now.  Julie sure likes her space though, most of the time if I restrict her space at all she is not shy about letting me know how she feels about it via kicking, rolling, stretching or just flipping out. 8) that's my girl!
I am very excited to be in our 3rd trimester!!!

Fred has a few days before he starts at policy teck and I am loving it. it is so nice to be able to just spend the entire day with him. we have been cleaning and arranging our house. (boy did/does it need it) I have not had a lot of energy to keep up on chores and things especially seance our house kind of went to pot during the 4 months of my morning sickness. Ill post pictures when we are done. 8)

That's all I can think of at the moment, ill post again soon.
